He is passionate about applying value‑based healthcare concepts that bridge clinicians, engineers, and decision‑makers to drive real change.
Mourice R. Odera
MSc Pharmaceutical Medicine
Mourice is a program manager and project consultant who supports medtech and digital‑health clients in designing, managing, and implementing evidence‑based aproach from concept to real‑world impact. Priority joining Stepval, holds a rich major experiences in clinical research, public affairs, and community engagement at Novartis East Africa, and brings strong expertise in project management, regulatory‑aware operations, and stakeholder collaboration. Mourice is passionate about bringing structured, human‑centred approaches to health innovation that deliver measurable value for patients at a community level.

Senior Health Economist Advisor
Stephanie is health economist and outcomes‑research leader with extensive years of experience at RTI Health Solutions and the University of North Carolina, prior to joining Stepval. She applies decision‑analysis and modelling methods—such as Markov models, simulation, and optimization for to real‑world payer and policy questions in budget impact, resource allocation. She publishes widely and teaches advanced health‑economics and budget‑impact courses through ISPOR, bridging technical methods with practical decision‑making. Stephanie brings rigorous, stakeholder‑informed health‑economic analysis to support medtech and digital‑health innovators.
Dr. Michal Konstacky, MD, PhD, MBA
Senior Medical Advisor
Michal is physician, specialised in internal medicine with a focus on longevity, personalised healthcare, and AI-driven clinical developments. With prior leadership roles at major pharmaceutical companies across Switzerland, Spain, Sweden, and the UK -spanning rare metabolic diseases, neurology, and oncology, and advisory experience with Czech ministries and the Academy of Sciences, Michal brings deep expertise in clinical development, medical affairs, patient advocacy, and pharmacovigilance. Studied at Charles University and the City University of Seattle, with further training from Harvard and MIT in AI, he combines clinical and business insight to support medtech and biotech innovators delivering measurable value for patients, providers, and payers.
